Sargeant knows he needs to improve: 'Then it should be good'

He is one of this F1 season's rookies: Logan Sargeant. The American has not yet managed to leave an indelible impression with his Williams. The question is whether he still has a long future ahead of him in Formula 1. He knows he needs to do better, he tells GPblog and others.
After twelve races, the Florida man is pointless nineteenth in the standings. Teammate Alexander Albon is thirteenth in the standings, with as many as 11 points in his pocket. The gap is too big, Sargeant also knows. "Yeah, I think ups and downs, not where I want to be," he told.
Progression for Sargeant
Nevertheless, the American is keeping a good feeling about the last races before the summer break. "Over the last few rounds I feel like I'm much closer to where I want to be. I feel like I've seen really good progression as of late and that's the most important thing." It gives the Williams driver the confidence he needs:"If I keep building on that, all should be good."
The number four from the previous Formula 2 season will be able to use some good races from Zandvoort to nip any rumours in the bud and guarantee a longer future at Williams for himself.
