For the first time in years, no Red Bull driver could be found in the top ten after qualifying in Singapore. Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez struggled with a poorly controllable RB19 and came no further than 11th and 13th places. Coincidence or not, Singapore is the first race weekend after the FIA issued a new technical directive.
