Horner frenzied over Verstappen series: 'Won everything from triple-header'
Red Bull Racing scored very good points at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix. Team principal Christian Horner is therefore extremely pleased with both drivers. Max Verstappen won the race convincingly, while Sergio Perez fought an exciting duel for third place with Fernando Alonso.
Horner pleased with Verstappen and Perez
"Well executed, well managed, good pit stops, good strategy." Horner summed up at Viaplay. "For Checo a great recovery. He was that far from the podium from P9 today so a lot of points and very pleased with his performance."
At one point, Perez expressed dissatisfaction with the strategy, with Red Bull Racing responding to Mercedes. "It's tricky, of course he doesn't see the bigger picture we didn't want to drop him behind more cars so he did a great job and he can be pleased with his race today."
"It's been three tough weeks for everybody. We've won all three races and the sprints which has been an incredible run for us. The most unbelievable year in our history so let's see what we can do in Las Vegas," Horner concluded.
