Verstappen still resting, but four F1 drivers are already in action today
- Ludo van Denderen
The first race sessions for the Las Vegas Grand Prix do not start until early Friday, but for several F1 drivers, the action starts as early as this Tuesday. Indeed, Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz, Pierre Gasly and Alex Albon are competing in the Netflix Cup Golf in Las Vegas. This will be - you guessed it - broadcast live on Netflix on Tuesday night.
The streaming service will broadcast a live sporting event for the first time. In doing so, two sportsmen from two different series of the streaming service will be in action: Formula 1 drivers featured in Drive to Survive and professional golfers from the series Full Swing. Each F1 driver forms a pair with a professional golfer, and this can be followed from 11:00pm BST. For the popular series, Netflix is partnering with both F1 and the PGA Tour.

Lando Norris gets in action with Rickie Fowler, Carlos Sainz has Justin Thomas by his side, Pierre Gasly does it with Collin Morikawa and finally, Alex Albon golfs with Max Homa. A report on the Netflix Cup will of course appear on GPblog on Wednesday morning!
