Piastri 'knows there is work to be done' according to Webber
Oscar Piastri, in the first season he drove in Formula 1, made an good impression. Alongside teammate Lando Norris, it was hardly noticeable that Piastri was driving in his first ever Formula 1 season. Mark Webber, a former Formula 1 driver, is the 22-year-old racing driver's manager. Webber is therefore immensely proud of his pupil.

"All in all, of course I am very, very, very proud, very happy," Webber began about his pupil Piastri, telling Motorsport.com. "I don't think in our wildest dreams we could have expected to start such a season. But having dealt with the best in the world, he knows there is work to be done," the 47-year-old Australian explained.
In his first season in Formula 1, the McLaren driver scored 97 points in the world championship, which was good for ninth place. At the beginning of the season, things were a bit difficult for team owner Andrea Stelle's team, but as the season progressed, the car got better and better.
