Russell has a HUGE crash on the final lap of Australian Grand Prix

George Russell ended a points finish on the final lap of the Australian Grand Prix. A huge crash ended his race. The Mercedes driver indicated over the team radio that he was "okay".
A seventh place seemed within reach for Russell, but the Briton wanted more. Russell was still chasing Aston Martin's sixth place, but asked too much of his Mercedes in the process. At turn six, Russell got too close to Alonso and lost control of his car. What followed was a huge crash, which Russell fortunately managed to walk away from.
Earlier, Lewis Hamilton had crashed out with an engine problem. Mercedes were going to set their personal best streak of consecutive points finishes but are stuck on 62 again.
