Youngsters get chance to work at a real Formula One team

For the tenth year in a row, there is another new programme to help young engineers get jobs in Formula 1. Together with its partner Randstad, the RB team will hold open applications for young people from all parts of the world. Ultimately, the aim is to help 23 students or graduates find careers within Formula 1.

"This is an excellent, innovative training programme for young people looking for a professional experience to turn their passion for motorsport into a real job," said Fabio Costantini, CEO of Randstad HR Solutions.

The programme targets young people with a technical or scientific background. During the programme, students will have the opportunity to work with the Visa Cash App RB team throughout their training period. Besides hands-on experience with senior engineers from the team, they will also attend classes at the team's headquarters in Faenza, Italy.

"At our team, we believe success depends on two key factors: our people and the company culture," says Otello Valenti, HR director of Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team. "Our goal is to give people wings to unleash their ideas by creating the right mix of talented young people working together with experienced staff in a high-performance environment."
