'It's unfair to compare Piastri with Norris'

Oscar Piastri is now in his second season in Formula 1. Although most people are very complimentary of him, he is still always compared to his teammate Lando Norris. This, according to former driver Nico Rosberg, is not fair.
Piastri's Achilles' heel
"You shouldn't underestimate that Lando is an absolute world champion. Lando is a future world champion, especially given his performance in China," Rosberg told Sky Sports. "That's why the comparison is difficult at the moment for Piastri, who also drove for the first time in Shanghai. But overall, he is doing a good job."
According to Rosberg, Piastri's biggest problem is dealing with tyre wear. " That was Oscar's Achilles heel last year, always that tyre wear during the race," said Rosberg. "This year it seemed to improve sometimes, but in China it was very bad again."
"Because of the high complexity of modern Formula 1, there are now 'so many factors' that determine whether you win or lose," Rosberg says. So his advice to Piastri and McLaren is to go through all the data thoroughly, especially when Piastri has to compete with Norris. "Sometimes you are surprised that teams do not go through this information with the drivers with feeling and attention. But in Oscar's case, it is absolutely necessary."
