From 2016 to early 2023, Angela Cullen was Lewis Hamilton's physio. The New Zealander made a huge difference to the performance of the Brit, helping train him to four successive drivers titles between 2017 and 2020. During their time together, the pair became extremely close friends, with the seven-time world champion often citing the impact that Cullen had on his success in F1

After over a year's hiatus, Angela Cullen has returned to the racing world. This year, she is supporting fellow Kiwi and ex-F2 driver Marcus Armstrong in IndyCar. Speaking on media day in Miami, Hamilton was happy to see Cullen back in the sport.

Hamilton's 'Healer' - Cullen praised by Lewis

"I think she's a healer. She's a positive person. Her purpose is to bring love to everyone that she meets and what she does. She's passionate about sports. I think she's really enjoying a different environment, but still racing. I think from her time here, she became such a passionate racing fan. I think once you catch the bug, it's hard to get out of it. Why should she? She belongs. She belongs in the sport. She's definitely very, very happy right now," Hamilton said in Miami.
