This is the provisional starting grid for the 2024 Miami Grand Prix
- Estéban den Toom
Max Verstappen will start the 2024 Miami Grand Prix from pole position. The Dutchman was faster than Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, who start in places two and three. Verstappen's teammate, Sergio Perez will start in P4, after falling five thousandths short of the Spaniard. This is what the grid will look like.

Behind Perez, McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will start from P5 and P6. Mercedes' men George Russell and Lewis Hamilton may try to move forward from P7 and P8. Nico Hulkenberg put his Haas on ninth and will start alongside Yuki Tsunoda (P10).
Daniel Ricciardo finished 18th during qualifying, but he will start the race at the very back, as he has received a grid penalty of three spots from an incident at the Chinese Grand Prix. A big contrast to the sprint race earlier in the day, as then Australian still finished fourth, allowing him to add points in the standings. The VCARB driver now stands on five points in total. They were his first points this Formula One season. Guanyu Zhou and Kevin Magnussen are lucky, as they will move up one spot.
