Round seven of the Formula 1 2024 season is already upon us for this weekend, meaning the Thursday and Friday press conferences have been scheduled. For the Thursday drivers' conference, six drivers, including Miami Grand Prix winner Lando Norris, will be involved. On Friday's constructors' conference, there will be four people involved, including Red Bulls' Pierre Waché.

Waché will be involved in his first FIA press conference since the news of Adrain Newey leaving Red Bull graced the world of F1. The French engineer has been the technical director of the Austrian team since 2018, working behind the great designer for many years. Now, with Newely leaving, Christian Horner and Red Bull will put their faith in Waché to continue the fine work that Newey has done since joining the team in 2006.

It will be the perfect opportunity for the 49-year-old Frenchman to outline his plans and continue on from the work that Newey has done, a job that will not be easy. Joining Waché in that Friday press conference will be Enrico Gualtieri of Ferrari, Haas team principal Ayao Komatsu, and Mercedes' James Allison.

Before that press conference on Friday, the drivers will have their press conference on Thursday, and most of the questions will be directed to McLaren's Norris after his victory in Miami last time out. The 24-year-old will also be joined by Pierre Gasly, Kevin Magnussen, and Zhou Guanyu, as well as Carlos Sainz and Daniel Ricciardo, both former teammates of Norris.

Thursday's press conference starts at 14:30 local time (13:30 GMT). Friday's press conference is one hour later, at 15:30 (14:30 GMT).
