Bottas on future in Formula One: 'things will start to move'
- GPblog.com
Valtteri Bottas is yet to have confirmed his spot on the grid for the 2025 F1 season. The well-known 'silly season' has been in full swing for quite some time, and the Finn does not seem worried about his future. The veteran told reporters after the Imola Grand Prix that more clarity will come soon.
Last week, pictures surfaced of Bottas visiting the motorhome of Williams, his former employer. Bottas, who drove for the British team from 2013 to 2016, reportedly spoke to team boss James Vowles. Bottas is keeping quiet about his interaction for now. "I think these next weeks, things will start to move. That's the target," he told the paddock.
Bottas may have some more 'coffee' meetings
A reporter asked Bottas if he already has good options for next year, or whether he will have more coffee meetings with other teams in the future. The Stake F1 Team driver is keeping his jaw tightly shut. "I don't know. I like coffee. We'll see."
