Verstappen reprimanded after FP3 incident

Max Verstappen will not receive a grid penalty for the Monaco Grand Prix. The Dutchman had to go to the stewards after the end of the third free practice, but he got away with just a reprimand.
The street circuit in Monaco is very narrow. Several drivers suffered from traffic and complained about it on the onboard radio. FP3 saw mostly qualifying runs. It is of course important to be able to create a gap for a lap without traffic.
At the end of the third free practice session, a moment by Max Verstappen was noted by race control. The Dutchman reportedly drove unnecessarily slowly. This was investigated by the stewards after the session. Verstappen was due to report back at 14:15.
No grid penalty for Verstappen in Monaco
Meanwhile, the FIA reports that Verstappen will receive a reprimand. As a result, the Red Bull driver will simply start from the spot he will qualify on. Lando Norris, who had an altercation with George Russell, will also receive a reprimand. So with this, there are no grid penalties in Monaco for now.
