FIA: ban on asymmetric braking in F1 from Dutch GP

The FIA added an additional rule to Formula 1's technical regulations on 31 July. The governing body thereby prohibits teams from using asymmetric braking. The rule takes effect immediately, starting from the Dutch Grand Prix.
During the World Council, asymmetric braking was discussed and voted on. All ten teams voted unanimously in favour of the proposal to ban this system. Incidentally, in the first half of the season, no F1 stable used this system, but to prevent this from happening in the future, the technical regulations have now been extended.
Article 11.2.1 has read since the end of last month: "The brake system must be designed so that within each circuit, the forces applied to the brake pads are the same magnitude and act as opposing pairs on a given brake disc. Any system or mechanism which can produce systematically or intentionally, asymmetric braking torques for a given axle is forbidden."
With asymmetric braking, thanks to a technical gadget, braking force is distributed unevenly, allowing cars to take corners faster. However, we will not see this in the next few years in the king class of motorsport.
