Special side job for Leclerc: Weather reporter on French television
- Sandy van Wijngaarden
Charles Leclerc has won the most recent F1 race, the Italian Grand Prix. He recently managed to win the race at Monza in front of Ferrari's home crowd. After that race, there was a week without Formula 1. Leclerc then took time out for other things and got a remarkable sidejob.
Charles Leclerc was present at the Paul Ricard circuit this weekend during the Jules Bianchi Karting Marathon. The Monegasque competed in this tournament with two different teams. He drove for both a professional team and a team with friends.
Leclerc as a weatherman at Paul Ricard
Jules Bianchi was a very important person in Leclerc's life. Before the former F1 driver died following a crash at Suzuka in 2014, he served as a godfather and mentor to the Monegasque. So it is not surprising that Leclerc was in action this weekend.
Besides competing with two different teams, the Ferrari driver accomplished a rather strange second job. Leclerc reported on French television about the weather at the track.
