GPblog's exclusives

Talking exclusively to our website, 84-year-young Mario Andretti has declared he wants to drive a Formula One again. The 1978 world champion has previously driven the McLaren MP4/28 in 2022 at Laguna Seca, but does not shy away from sitting in an F1 car in the future. "Yeah, of course. That's what we want," the American said.

Stoffel Vandoorne also spoke to our website about his future. The Belgian driver will begin the 11th season of Formula E with Maserati, and he also competes in WEC with Peugeot's team. Vandoorne talked about 'peloton racing', his aim to compete for wins in Formula E, and what similarities he sees in F1 and the electric class.

Steiner's book Unfiltered released

Guenther Steiner's second book named Unfiltered was released today in bookstores. After GPblog could previously share an excerpt, the entire book is now available for fans to purchase, where the former Haas team principal talked about the time he spent in the competition. Verstappen creates 'Simply Lovely' merch

While Lando Norris declared following his win in Zandvoort that it was "Simply lovely" getting inspired by Max Verstappen, the Dutchman now has merchandise in his store with his catchphrase. The Dutchman first used this reaction after he could overtake Sebastian Vettel at 2017 Mexican Grand Prix, and now has become a regular celebration, with either him or his race engineer 'GP' Gianpiero Lambiase saying it after victories.
