Will Red Bull copy McLaren's actions and appeal penalties? Horner responds

Christian Horner and Red Bull Racing are not planing on invoking a Right of Review into the time penalites Max Verstappen recieved during the Mexican Grand Prix. This comes after McLaren called for a Right of Review for the penalty Lando Norris picked up in the United States, but the FIA rejected it.
Immediately after the race in Austin, McLaren boss Andrea Stella said no right of review was going to happen. The McLaren team went back on that and appealed. They had a meeting with the FIA on Friday, but it was rejected.
Horner wants clarity
Christian Horner has no intention of going down the same path after Verstappen recieved two stronger penalties in Mexico. "We won't activate a right of review on this," he told reporters. "I think the most important thing is to address what is the way to go racing, going forward. I'm not sure that [certain aspects] are clear to the drivers."
There will be a meeting in Qatar to discuss the rules. In the meantime, F1 will visit Brazil next weekend. There will be two off weekends, followed by Las Vegas. Qatar is the penultimate race on the F1 calendar.
