Perez's position at Red Bull uncertain
Whilst Perez has a valid contract to serve as Max Verstappen's teammate once again in 2025, his future is still uncertain. Liam Lawson and possibly Franco Colapinto are vying for the Mexican's seat, something Colapinto has said he would take and not be afraid of. There is no doubt, however, that Perez will need three excellent races to finish off the 2024 season if he wants to prevent Red Bull from sidelining him.
