The Qatar Grand Prix weekend starts on Friday, December 29th. It will be the second part of the final triple-header in 2024. The weekend begins with the traditional media day on Thursday. Several drivers will be involved in the press conference. On Friday, the first and only practice session takes place. It is followed by sprint qualifying. The sprint race takes place on Saturday, as well as qualifying for the race. The Grand Prix will take place on Sunday.

The Losail International Circuit will host the Grand Prix this weekend. In 2023, Verstappen became world champion in Qatar with Red Bull Racing. The event took place earlier in the season.
