George Russell impressed with his dominant win in Las Vegas, but the man of the weekend was still Max Verstappen who managed to secure his fourth world title. Both drivers therefore score high marks in GPblog.com's F1 driver ratings.

The highest mark is for George Russell. The Brit gets a 9 for his performance in Las Vegas. Russell was supreme in the race and qualifying, on a weekend in which his teammate did not perform as well on Saturday. Carlos Sainz and Max Verstappen each score an 8 after strong performances on the streets of Las Vegas.

Other positive standouts were Yuki Tsunoda and Pierre Gasly. Tsunoda was very consistent, scoring points for Visa Cash App RB again. Gasly mostly drove a good qualifying session before having to retire in the race due to an engine problem. Nico Hulkenberg also did good business, with an eighth-place finish for Haas.

Some drivers received a low grade for their race weekend in Las Vegas. For example, Alexander Albon, Esteban Ocon, Valtteri Bottas, and Liam Lawson all received a five. They showed too little, especially compared to their teammate this weekend, and therefore did not achieve the maximum result for the team.

Franco Colapinto also scored a 5. He was fast in qualifying, faster than his teammate, but a crash caused his team tremendous work, and the Argentine had to start from the pits as a result. Sergio Perez gets the lowest mark with a 4. The Mexican dropped out in Q1 with a Red Bull Racing car. Perez recovered to P10 in the race, but the difference with his teammate is simply too big.
