Pierre Gasly has revealed that he will sport a fan-made helmet for the first Grand Prix of the 2025 season. In Albert Park, the Frenchman will provide fans with an opportunity to make history at the highly anticipated season debut on March 14 to 16.

In collaboration with cryptocurrency exchange company Binance, Gasly has allowed his fans to possibly feature at the first blockbuster race weekend in 2025. The winning design will be worn by Pierre Gasly throughout the Australian GP race weekend, and the winning fan will also have an exclusive virtual meet-and-greet with the Alpine driver. They will receive a signed replica of the helmet and enjoy a race day experience at the Australian Grand Prix.

Gasly spoke about the opportunity, stating: "Our previous helmet contest for the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix was an incredible showcase of community-focused energy and creativity. I had the chance to meet the winner and I’m excited to see how fans channel their inspirations for the Australian Grand Prix – We have some exciting plans to reveal the winning design at the start of race week, so stay tuned!”

Gasly: 'Everything Alpine is doing can be trusted'

Speaking to GPblog and others after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Gasly stated that he was ready to get straight back into the groove for 2025. In the latter stages of 2024, Gasly secured a third-placed finish in Brazil, as well as a fifth-place finish in Qatar. His efforts helped Alpine climb back up the table to sixth place. "I'm most happy about the fact that we seem to have a very good correlation between what we find at the factory and the track performance. Every time we found stuff, it translated into more performance, so it really shows the work we do with our wind tunnel, CFD, and everything the guys are doing, can be trusted."

The Frenchman will be hoping for a better season in 2025 after a difficult 2024 campaign overall. The recently announced competition allows one special fan to play a part in a weekend which is already filled with promise for both Gasly and Alpine.
