The 24h of Daytona

The flagship event of the IMSA championship will begin this afternoon in the state of Florida. The 24h of Daytona, also run under the name, the Rolex 24 at Daytona, will have many former F1 drivers as contenders present, for example, Romain Grosjean, Kamui Kobayashi or Felipe Massa to name a few. Find out how and when to watch the event here!

After Max Verstappen competed in the 24h of Daytona sim racing event, where the Dutchman's team also finished on the podium, he will of course not participate at the 'real' event today. Still, many drivers miss the defending F1 world champion from the entry list. Australian V8 Supercars champion and NASCAR Cup Series driver has the Dutchman on his 'wishlist' to join.

History at Haas, Hamilton reflects on Ferrari move

At Haas F1, for the first time ever in Formula One's long history, there will be a female race engineer. Laura Muller will team up with Esteban Ocon, as she will be the point of contact in the Frenchman's ears throughout the Grand Prix weekends. Team principal Ayao Komatsu talked about what Muller brings to the team.

Lewis Hamilton also had quite a week, completing his debut day with Ferrari in Maranello. Talking on LinkedIn, the seven-time world champion talked about his next chapter in his career. "Call it instinct or a gut feeling, but I knew that signing with Ferrari was the right move for me and that it would give me the challenge I needed," he explained.
