Hamilton admits he'd rather have Bottas as a teammate than Rosberg

Earlier this week it was confirmed that Valtteri Bottas had signed a new contract extension with Mercedes, continuing his partnership with Britain's Lewis Hamilton, who feels that the atmosphere in the team is much better than when he teamed up with Nico Rosberg for Mercedes.
Rosberg and Hamilton always shared problems with each other when the pair were together, which is never good for the team and there was always conflict between the two as they battled it out for the world championship.
“Now I have someone I can get along with and even have a friendly relationship with. A good relationship between two teammates has a positive effect on the entire team. The people within the team love working with us, and that gives a good feeling.
That is also what Toto Wolff and Mercedes are striving for," Hamilton told Motorsport-Magazin.
The German retired from the sport in 2016 when he won his only world championship and the 34-year-old often speaks about the Brit in his Vlogs, but Hamilton admitted that he doesn't listen to his former teammate's vlogs.
“To be honest, I don't watch his vlog and I don't know who does. But my age has no influence on my performance."
