Grosjean addresses weaknesses for Haas to work on for 2020

Romain Grosjean has highlighted that he needs to improve on his starts in races if he is to make himself a better driver and also help the team moving forward.
“I think I need to improve my starts as that's really being a weakness of mine this year against Kevin,” Grosjean told Motorsport.com.
“Kevin was next to me. He was P10 after the first lap and I was P17, I believe.
"So yeah, I need to work not to lose time there. Then maybe we get more chances to be closer to the points.”
It was a difficult season for the Frenchman, picking up just eight points, while his teammate Kevin Magnussen did slightly better securing 20 points.
Haas struggled, on the whole, only finishing above Williams in the final standings, who themselves only managed to secure one point in the season.
