Are these the colours Haas will use in F1 2020 after Rich Energy depart?
Haas started life in Formula 1 with a grey livery, but that colour changed for the black and gold of Rich Energy. Last season saw a Soap-Oprah style split between the race team and the energy drinks company. With the end of that partnership, are Haas returning to their old colours for the 2020 season?
Bouncing back
If Haas opt for their old colour style, it won't be only think planned to bounce back. Haas had a terrible season last year, finishing ahead of only Williams. The American team promised much with a fifth-place finish the year before but couldn't back it up. Rich Energy promised everything and wanted to improve on Red Bull, but disappeared as quickly as they came into the sport.
According to sources from Auto Motor und Sport, Haas will again choose the grey colour scheme in 2020, with which the team debuted in 2016 and could also be seen on the paddock in 2017 and 2018. A video from Haas also seems to confirm the rumour, where we see the new stickers and truck from Haas.
