Briatore: 'Alonso best driver of all time after Senna and Schumacher'.

According to many, the Formula 1 career of Fernando Alonso is one that is full of wrong decisions and missed opportunities. Flavio Briatore, who was his manager for many years, does not entirely agree. In all those years he only made one wrong decision and it could have ended very differently in the end.
"Going to McLaren is the only thing that was really shit. The big regret came to Ferrari, he lost two world championships through no fault of his own. That was very difficult, I had never seen Fernando cry before", said the Italian in conversation with Corrière della Sera.
Briatore thinks that the further career of the Spaniard would have been very different if he had won the world title in 2010 or 2012. He is so convinced that he will dare to place Alonso in his top three F1 drivers of all time.
Alonso after Senna and Schumacher
"The history of F1 would have changed, the next year, with incredible motivation he would have won again and Domenicali and Montezemolo would have stayed [for the next few years]".
"I was going to put Senna and Schumi together at the top, because we couldn't really see them fighting each other... and then Fernando. "If I had a team, I'd take him. He's a rottweiler and he makes very few mistakes."
