Brawn still believes in a chance to qualify, but also makes room on Sunday

The F1 season 2020 faces many challenges. Now that they are finally racing again, you hope it will go smoothly, but the weather in Austria thinks differently. VT3 has already been cancelled and qualifying is also on the way. Ross Brawn however sees some light at the end of the tunnel.
"It's always a challenge here, because we've been here before with these conditions," says Brawn in front of the F1TV camera. "We're just happy to be here. Austria is a great place to start. The organizers did a great job. We're really setting a good example, even though the weather is a bit lousy now".
Formula 2 race may be sacrificed
I guess you could say that. It's raining hard and steadily and the satellite images show that this will not end for the time being. Still, the sports director thinks we will see a bright spot somewhere at the end of the afternoon. And otherwise Sunday will be fine.
"It's a big front that's passing by now. It moves slowly, but predictably. There is a chance we can drive a bit at the end of the day, but it certainly looks good tomorrow. If we do qualifying tomorrow we'll only lose the Formula 2 sprint race and a Porsche race, so I think we can fit everything in tomorrow. I think we're just going to qualify in the morning."
