Tsunoda according to Yamamoto close to F1 seat: "Only 20 years old"

Yuki Tsunoda impresses in Formula 2. As a driver he participates in the junior programme of Red Bull Racing. So the 20-year-old Japanese driver is waiting for his chance, but it may seem to come sooner than expected.
Because after Franz Tost reported earlier that he saw Tsunoda in a Scuderia AlphaTauri, Honda's general manager Masahi Yamamoto now declares that an F1 seat for Tsunoda is definitely on the horizon: "When I spoke to Franz (Tost) this weekend, he said: 'Yuki, that's great! Not only Franz, but Red Bull, too, seem to forget that Yuki is only 20 years old. And Japanese people who can show such a good performance at such a young age are very attractive to them".
Is there any competition?
Yamamoto sees that Tsunoda doesn't have a lot of competition when it comes to a seat at Alpha Tauri either: "Liam Lawson has done well in Formula 3, but it's not as if he will be in F1 soon. In that sense Tsunoda is the only one I can think of. I'm really looking forward to it," says Yamamoto opposite the Japanese as-web.
