Of the eleven Grands Prix held this year, Nico Hulkenberg raced for Racing Point three times due to certain circumstances. However, it looks as if Lance Stroll will return this weekend at the Portuguese Grand Prix.

"He is feeling better and we expect him to be back in the car as normal in Portugal," Racing Point said through their own social media channels last weekend. Stroll's absence is therefore limited to just one Grand Prix weekend.

Stroll fighting for fourth place in World Championship

That is a good thing because the Canadian is still competing for fourth place in the World Championship. The difference with fourth place Daniel Ricciardo has increased to 21 points because of his absence in Germany. That's fifteen points more than the week before, as the Renault driver was able to seize fifteen points because of his podium finish at the Nurburgring.
