''That it's never been done, doesn't mean it can't work''

Haas will probably start the Formula 1 season of 2021 with Nikita Mazepin and Mick Schumacher. So two rookies, but Günther Steiner is not worried about the possible risks.
With Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen departing Haas at the end of the season the team are on the lookout for new drivers. Schumacher and Mazepin look like the most likely candidates but they have been linked with a whole host of drivers.
Haas opts for a unique line-up
''We haven't decided yet if we're going to drive two rookies, but I can talk about that. We have discussed it and we know that there are risks involved. They can't look to an experienced driver for dates, but on the other hand we can steer these guys in the direction we want," Steiner told Motorsport.com.
''Just because it's never been done before doesn't mean it can't work. Of course there's a risk that it won't work, but we've always done things differently than others. We don't have to do what others do. We do what we think is right and we take that risk. So if we take two rookies, we've thought about it."
