Charles Leclerc believes he and his Ferrari team will be alright next year. The 23-year-old driver has confidence in the updates his team have brought to recent races.
In spite of the disappointing performance of the SF1000, Charles Leclerc often shows a large amount of talent, whilst his teammate, Sebastian Vettel has struggled to score points all season.
Despite their struggles their form has very gradually improved. Because of these updates, the Monegasque has every confidence in the future of the team. Despite some disappointing results from time to time, he is positive.
"The most positive thing of the last three or four weeks is that the car is now a lot more reliable and consistent," he said to several TV media, as quoted by Formula Rapida.
"It's always going in small steps but they're always going in the right direction.
"Every time we had a problem we analyzed it. We always managed to fix it before the next race. It's a good sign for the future to see that we have been able to make something better by analyzing it. We want to continue like this , but of course we still have a long way to go towards the Mercedes level," concluded Leclerc.
