"Alonso is the strongest teammate I've ever had"

Many eyes are currently focused on Fernando Alonso, who will make his return to Formula 1 for the Renault team in 2021. In the past, several drivers have been less successful at a return, so it remains to be seen if Alonso will be able to regain his old level.
Felipe Massa is one of the drivers who made a comeback in Formula 1, although there wasn't much time in between for him. Due to the sudden departure of Nico Rosberg from Mercedes, Valtteri Bottas promoted to that team, leaving Williams one driver short.
His return wasn't particularly successful, but the possibilities in a Williams are limited. After the 2017 season, Massa left Formula 1 for good.
Return of Alonso in 2021
So now it's Fernando Alonso's turn to show if he can return to his old level. Massa thinks it won't be easy, especially because of his age, but that he can still compete with his talent.
Asked which teammate he had the most trouble with at Ferrari, Massa says: "For me it was Alonso. Schumacher was more my teacher, while I had a rivalry with Alonso for years. That was harder," says Massa in conversation with AS.com.
