Red Bull completely dependent on Verstappen: 'Then they should fear'

Red Bull Racing are going to end this season second in the Championship, but according to Auto, Motor und Sport this is only due to Max Verstappen. If it were up to Alexander Albon, the team would just be third.
In recent years Red Bull Racing have alternated between second and third place among the manufacturers, with the battle for second place often going between Red Bull and Ferrari. This year Ferrari have dropped out and Red Bull has some a comfortable margin where Racing Point, Renault and McLaren are competing for third place. However, this is only due to Verstappen.
Red Bull depends on Verstappen
''If Mercedes are ever weak, Red Bull should be there. But the victory didn't go to Max Verstappen, but to Racing Point. Verstappen was a spectator after four corners. Victim of a brave attack by Charles Leclerc against Sergio Perez'', can be read at German AMuS. The medium states that this result shows that Red Bull is completely dependent on Verstappen.
"Only third place on the grid for the Dutchman, 56 thousandths behind the pole position, keeps Red Bull in second place. If Alexander Albon were the benchmark, Red Bull Racing Point would have to fear," concludes the medium.
