The first caution was raised on lap 34 of the 2021 Indy500. Stefan Wilson came into the pit lane, but he had to hit the brakes hard to come under the pit limiter. He locked the wheels and caught the wall. Luckily, all pit crew managed to avoid the wrecked car.
