Max Verstappen has given Lewis Hamilton a hard time over the last three Grands Prix. Whilst the Englishman hoped to regain the lead in the world championship, this doesn't look likely to happen soon.

The Dutch driver won the Franch, Styrian and Austrian Grands Prix in a row, which has put him 32 points ahead in the world championship. In Austria it was impossible for Hamilton to keep up with Verstappen. The Englishman shared his concerns with the media on several occasions about the ease with which Verstappen is winning.

Robert Doornbos is very impressed by the strong Verstappen. The Ziggo Sport analyst spoke In the Q&A of his enthusiasm about the performance. "Just one hundred percent score, really bizarre. You would almost say that you get used to it. I think Lewis Hamilton can sing the Dutch national anthem by now", he stated.

In two weeks time the British Grand Prix is on the program. Although Doornbos thinks Mercedes will be stronger then, he doesn't dare say anything with certainty. "Hamilton wants to win in front of his home crowd. He is dominant there, but Verstappen is also doing well. Of course he has a much better package this year. So he'll be going for the win."
