Hamilton advises: 'It just gets the blood going'

Lewis Hamilton is back to work this weekend as the Belgian Grand Prix is on the programme. However, the Briton has been working to keep fit recently, he said on Twitter.
The world championship leader may have been on holiday, but that doesn't mean he didn't keep his sport in mind. Hamilton continued to work hard to be as fit as possible when he travelled to Belgium.
Hamilton kept training
"Training helps, you know, whether it’s going out for a run, whether it’s going out for a long walk, whether it’s, you know, anything that kind of can get your heart elevated and get those positive endorphins released," he explained in a video on Twitter. "I generally just try to make sure I get my workouts done in the mornings because then, you know, you feel that through the rest of your day and it kind of fuels you through the rest of the day."
Working out and speaking positively are @LewisHamilton's secrets to a productive summer break.

As such, Hamilton advises everyone to do the same and keep working out. "Even if it's just getting out of bed and just punching out 50 press ups or something or 20 press ups, whatever it may be, just gets the blood going."
