Will we see this former Red Bull driver in Formula E next year?

The year 2020 was the last time we saw Daniil Kvyat in Formula 1. At the moment, the Russian is a reserve driver for the Alpine team, but he would like to return to racing full time next year.
According to The Race, Kvyat is now in the picture for a seat in Formula E for next season with the Dragon Penske team. "The Race can reveal that former Red Bull and Toro Rosso/AlphaTauri driver Kvyat’s representatives at the All-Road Management stable, founded and run by Nicholas Todt, have held talks with senior Dragon representatives in recent weeks," the website reads.
Negotiations are expected to continue this month. Dragon Penske is looking for a teammate for Sergio Sette Camara, who reportedly has a contract with the team for 2022. During the Russian Grand Prix, The Race approached Kvyat to ask about the talks, but the Russian wouldn't say anything about it. He was still present at the Monaco E-Prix in May.
Deal possibly in November
The team has until December 3rd to make the decision, the Friday after the Formula E test in Valencia. They could choose to let several drivers test and make a decision based on that. Kvyat has already said he will keep his options open in both America and Europe because he wants to race.
Todt, who represents Kvyat, reportedly wants to wait until later this year to decide on the Russian's future. He does not want to make a decision until all F1 seats are officially filled.
