Bad weather in Turkey: FP3 takes place on wet track
- GPblog.com
The Turkish Grand Prix continues with the third free practice session on Saturday morning. The drivers will do so on a wet track, according to the first images from the circuit.
Last night there was quite a lot of rain in Turkey and this continues in the morning. Because of that, we can see big puddles of rain on the track. These will not be gone during the third free practice, so the drivers will have to deal with the rain. Although it looks like qualifying will take place on a dry track, it remains to be seen.

Krijgen we vanmiddag een net zo spectaculaire vrije training/kwalificatie als vorig jaar? #ZiggoSportF1 #F1 #TurkishGP https://t.co/f9prHcBzWo
Memories of the 2020 Turkish GP
The teams will undoubtedly think back to last year's race in Turkey, which guaranteed a great spectacle. The drivers were barely able to get a grip on the track, which made it difficult to keep the car away from the wall.
