Hamilton hopes for rain in Brazil: 'Red Bull are a bit ahead at the moment'

Lewis Hamilton seems to have accepted that Red Bull Racing have the stronger car this weekend. According to the Brit, Max Verstappen's team is stronger everywhere at the moment, so he hopes the weather conditions in Brazil can help him a little.
"People tune into the race, and then don’t really have much of an idea what happens in between. The amount of work that the team has to do in between to take the car to pieces, for the whole travel, for the whole circus to travel in such a short space of time. It’s a fifteen-hour trip to get here, so it’s very, very long", Hamilton begins in the Weekend Warm-Up of the F1.
For the Brazilian Grand Prix there were even transport problems, causing the cargo of some teams to arrive later on Thursday. This meant that many teams had to work late into the night to get everything ready for Friday's practice session.
Fact that Red Bull is stronger
Where does Hamilton think he will be stronger this weekend and where does the Briton think Red Bull will be stronger? "I think they are going to be stronger all weekend. They are stronger everywhere at the moment." It doesn't make Hamilton nervous. "It’s not nerve-wrecking, it’s just a fact. That’s just the way it is, so it’s just about trying to maximise the car."
During the interview it is raining a little bit, something Hamilton would like to see during the race as well. "If we can have conditions like this, maybe we can throw a spanner in the works, but they are a bit ahead at the moment", he finishes.
