Max Verstappen will be in action today at the 500 miles of Sebring. Seated in his simulator, the two-time world champion will compete on behalf of Team Redline in the penultimate race of the 2022 Le Mans Virtual Series.
Formula 1 may be in its winter break, but that does not mean that drivers will not be racing all winter. Verstappen is already back in action this weekend and he will do so not in a real car, but in the simulator.

The Dutchman is an avid simracer and often enters virtual races in his spare time. This year, for instance, he will compete in the Le Mans Virtual Series with Team Redline, the simulator team for which Verstappen has been active for several years. He is joined by Jeffrey Rietveld and Maximilian Benecke, with whom he shares the number 1 Oreca 07 LMP2 car.
Another familiar name on the grid is Romain Grosjean. The former F1 driver will drive on behalf of the R8G ESPORTS team and also competes in the LMP2 class. The broadcast starts at 13:30 CET and the race starts at 14:00 CET (13:00 GMT).
