Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc clashed during the second free practice session at the Las Vegas Street Circuit. The Dutchman passed the Ferrari driver, who immediately spoke over the team radio towards his race engineer that 'Verstappen is already racing'. Watch the footage above.
