De Grand Prix van Groot-Brittannië was een spectaculaire. Er gebeurde van alles op het circuit van Silverstone en uiteindelijk was het Carlos Sainz die als eerste over de streep kwam en daarmee zijn eerste zege pakte. Max Verstappen en Charles Leclerc liepen een podiumplaats mis, maar het meest belangrijke nieuws was misschien wel dat Guanyu Zhou geen letsel heeft overgehouden aan zijn flinke crash.
