De kwalificatie van de GP van Hongarije zit erop en Lewis Hamilton pakte zijn 104e pole position. Bijna niemand had deze snelle ronde van de Mercedes-coureur vooraf zien aankomen. Hamilton versloeg Max Verstappen met drie duizendsten van een seconde en het belooft een spannende start te worden met de twee kemphanen uit 2021 naast elkaar. Ook het internet verwacht spektakel van de twee. Zo reageert het internet (Twitter) op de kwalificatie op Hungaroring:
