Hamilton fans continue: Message to Masi on house of parliament in London
- GPblog.com
Fans of Lewis Hamilton are very disappointed after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. For a long time it seemed that the Briton was going to win the race and the championship, but in the closing stages of the race Max Verstappen managed to overtake him for the victory. Fans of the seven-time world champion have shown in different ways that they do not agree with the decisions of Michael Masi.
Masi eventually opted for a safety car restart which gave Verstappen the chance to overtake Hamilton on fresher tyres. Many British fans disagree with the outcome of the championship and feel that their favourite driver has been robbed of his eighth world title.

During the FIA gala in Paris on Wednesday, Hamilton fans also made their voices heard through a billboard with images of the British driver, but the fans are not satisfied with that. YouTuber Zac Alsop projected the following text on the Parliament building in London: "Dear Masi, give Sir Lewis his title back". With this, the fans clearly show that they do not agree with the race director Masi.
