Weather forecast | Also in Miami a high chance of rain during the race
- GPblog.com
The Miami Grand Prix is just around the corner and that means that Formula 1 is heading back to a warm place. Yet in sunny America, there is also a good chance of rain during Sunday's race.
After just one European race, the Formula One circus is already crossing the ocean to race in the United States. It does so for the first GP in Miami, on a street circuit around the downtown Hard Rock Stadium. It promises to be an exciting weekend with warm temperatures.
Rain in Miami
According to Weather.com the maximum from Friday to Sunday will be around thirty degrees. At night it cools down to 24 degrees, making the whole weekend warmer than it has been at all in Imola. Rain is predicted on Tuesday and Wednesday before the race weekend, but Thursday, Friday and Saturday the chance of rain is less than 25 percent.
Still, there is a chance of rain during the race. Sunday will also see a maximum of thirty degrees, but showers are scheduled. The chance of rain is estimated at 41 percent. However, the question is how much rain will fall and if it will affect track conditions with these temperatures?
