According to German media there is talk of unrest within Haas, but Guenther Steiner denies that. According to the team boss of the American racing team, this media only causes unrest.

It is clearly not yet Schumacher's season, but in Canada, he managed to qualify on a handsome P6. Nevertheless, there are many stories in the German media about Schumacher's future. For example, he is said to be linked with a move to Aston Martin, and Oscar Piastri and Antonio Giovinazzi are being promised a place at Haas in 2023.

Pressure on Schumacher

''It's all coming from the German media trying to put pressure on him. I just told him to ignore it and move on with the racing," Steiner told Sky Sports. Schumacher has yet to score a single point this season, while his new teammate has done so three times. Kevin Magnussen is also often faster in qualifying.

Steiner also threw oil on the fire earlier by stating that Mick should not crash so often anymore, but now shifts the blame to the media. ''To the media everyone has an opinion and I respect that. In the end we run the team and we need to do what we do. Everyone was making out that I had a bad relationship with him. It made it all uneasy for everyone. Me and Mick get on very well," Steiner concludes.
