Verstappen sees Red Bull making a big move: 'Now we understand'

Max Verstappen is in excellent form. In the last four Grands Prix, the Dutchman has been on the top step of the podium each time and is now more than 100 points ahead of Charles Leclerc in the championship. According to the reigning world champion, this is partly due to excellent work by Red Bull Racing.
The Formula 1 teams had a lot of work to do at the start of the season as they had to deal with different regulations. Amongst other things, this meant that the Austrian team's car was a little too heavy, causing Red Bull to struggle to maintain a consistent performance.
"At the beginning of the year with the car being overweight by quite a bit, I think it didn’t help the balance of the car But with that coming down, the last few races especially have been really good to us," Verstappen explained at the press conference to Formula1.com. "It seems now we understand how to perform at every single track, some a bit more than others."
Red Bull favourite in Italy
In the Italian GP, Red Bull is the favourite to take home the win. The Monza circuit is made up of long straights and fast corners, which allows Christian Horner's team to take full advantage of its top speed. Charles Leclerc, however, is not giving up the fight for the time being.
