Ferrari fans will have to wait another month until the new Formula 1 car is presented to the world, but before then, the team will be in action during a test at the Fiorano circuit. It has also been announced where the 2023 car will be unveiled.
Launch in Maranello, filming day and test at Fiorano
As is known, the car launch is scheduled for 14 February, but the location had not yet been announced. According to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport Ferrari's new F1 car, tentatively named 675, will be unveiled at the team's home base in Maranello.
Following this, a filming day is said to be scheduled at Fiorano, the Scuderia's private circuit. Imola was initially mentioned as a possible location, but the Italian racing stable seems to be keeping it close to home by putting the successor to the F1-75 into action for the first time on its own turf.
At the same circuit, Ferrari has following the Italian branch of Motorsport.com planned a series of test days at the end of January. The test will be conducted with the 2021 SF-21. Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will both have a full day of testing at their disposal, while reserve drivers Antonio Giovinazzi and Robert Shwartzman will be allowed to test for half a day each.
