Kravitz: 'I hope for a final battle between Leclerc and Verstappen'

Formula 1 reporter Ted Kravitz has hopes for Ferrari next season, he can see the prestigious Italian team finally taking the world title. Speaking to Sky Sports F1 the Brit discussed what exactly he expects from them.
“[Ferrari] are relying on the perfection of the power unit from last year and pinning their hopes on that. Now, that’s fine as long as their testing work throughout the winter actually proves that they got on top of that.” Kravitz explained. He does, however, add that without this, it will already be difficult for Ferrari, they will simply not have a car they can rely on.
A title fight between Leclerc and Verstappen?
Still, the reporter holds out hope after all these years. He thinks Ferrari can definitely make it difficult for Red Bull and really do so all season. Also, Kravitz secretly even sees the likes of Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen having to fight it out until the very last race. But, "I don’t think it will but something interesting I think is that we do have a new boss Fred[eric] Vasseur.”
Perhaps Vasseur is the long-awaited key to a turnaround at Ferrari. Not only Kravitz, but many 'tifosi' continue to dream of the great day when a Ferrari driver holds the World Cup in their hands. Who knows, that may finally be getting closer.
