The RB19 is not reliable: 'Then we probably would have dropper out’

Red Bull was plagued by reliability problems in Jeddah last weekend. Max Verstappen dropped out in qualifying due to a broken driveshaft and was also fearful of crashing out during the race with the same flaw. Along with these issues, Sergio Perez also complained over the board radio about brake issues. Are the two drivers confident that these problems will be fixed soon?
Sergio Perez is worried, he told the press conference after the Grand Prix. "We saw what happened with Aston Martin. Lance Stroll dropped out mid-race due to technical problems. "It's going to hit us at some point but, obviously, we need to keep working on that," he said.
'Perez almost dropped out in Bahrain'
Perez also opens up about the problems Red Bull had in Bahrain. "We were in a lucky position in Bahrain, but otherwise if we had to push to the end, we probably wouldn't make the race, so there are a lot of reliability concerns at the moment, but hopefully they don't hit us anytime soon."
Verstappen is also worried. The Dutchman had to start from P15 on Sunday because his drive shaft broke during qualifying. He also noticed problems with his car during the race: "Yeah, we have to do better. Absolutely. But also just have a cleaner weekend. I think that would be nice as well."
